Each of us makes food choices every day, several times per day. But are those choices automated or conscious? Marissa Duswalt challenges us to adopt a framework for thinking critically — and more powerfully — about the food we choose. In the process, she explains how doing so can make us healthier and more informed consumers. Marissa is a member of the Class of 2015 at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and is part of the LOWkeynotes program.
